Hey guys

Not long ago i got a custom 2.25inch catback and i want to get a set of headers to go with it.
I had my eye on Blox for the headers but i was also wondering if anyone has experience with custom N/A headers. What would be the best money for gains purchase
I used the search function but to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated:D

Thanks guys

There is no best money for gains purchase when custom = different every time.

I'd suggest you go with a set of headers that is known for it's bang-for-buck performance, something like Hytech / Tri-Y's, or just Blox should be fine.

yep as stated above, dont get custom.. if i were to make you a custom one, it would cost similar price or maybe 50-100bucks differences. might aswell buy a branded one, and when you dont want it anymore, its easier to sell off than selling a custom brand.

There is no best money for gains purchase when custom = different every time.

But if you go to a person who has proven results it will end up cheaper and in some cases better. There is nothing wrong with custom if the person has proven results.

Also wondering, how much are toda headers worth?

Second hand ones went for 1300 a couple of days ago.

was also wondering

i am unsure as to the different between 4-1 and 4-2-1
does 4-2-1 give you better gains across the rev range or visa versa

lol yeah
well im kinda new to hondas as my previous car was a comodore which i had for a long time, ive always been more into jap cars but never really hondas... but now i love em and i guess with hondas you have to be very picky about the parts you chose.
Anyways, thanks for the help moe

4-1 or tri-y.

Both are the best design.
Drag headers use the tri-y design. Its probably the best design for a honda header out there.
K series/k swapped headers use the same design. 4-4-2-2-1.

IMO those branded lightweight titanium magnesium mumbo jumbo is not worth its money.
On normal street use, mate youre gonna bang up a couple of 2 grand headers.

Those things are made for the track. Or ballers.

well after HSC ill be doing a fair bit of track work so i was thnking of duin the tri-y and buy a cheapo bash plate so they dont get scratched.

Thoughts?

Mate, whens that f20c happening?

you're asking from toda to x-force to custom.

you're wasting ppl's time again aren't you?
