Accord Vtec Not Working

Hey i got a 96 Accord F22b1 Vtec

and the vtec doesn't seem to be kicking in at all ? :(

Would it be my Vtec Solinoid ? Engine is Bone Stock.

What do you mean by kick in?

That's an SOHC engine and the vtec will not be noticeable at all.
