EP3 TriY Race Header K20

hi,

I'm thinking of trying these Tri-y Race Header for my EP3, As you see these are race headers with no Cat, just a test pipe along with it.

My question is I'm planing on mounting the Metal Cat on the Header, would i still need the test-pipe??

and the header is 2.5'' inlet can a 3'' Metal Cat fit??

if u use a cat u don't need the test pipe, and yes u can flange or weld on a 2.5 to a 3"

i'd recommend you putting a cat on because. honda's are known for being loud.
easy to attract cop attention. and also u'd get EPA and defected on the spot for no cat.

Put the stock heat shield over the test pipe.
Only way to get defected for that is if they lift the car up.

Usually they just tap it to see if its hollow.

Alot of cops have wisened up to this, they can just smell the exhaust (quite easy to smell a car without a cat) and send you to EPA from the smell.
