what ? you want normal headlight beam to be a yellow colour ? pretty sure that is illegal in VIC, but are you asking whether you can make the high beam filament become the low beam ? No, it's a stupid idea if so, just buy whatever aftermarket colour bulb instead ?

Your low beams have different bulbs. Just find out the size of the low beam bulbs. If they are H4 like your high beam, then you can swap them around. Otherwise you need to buy new bulbs of the correct size.

Depends on the car. The older civics had H4 bulbs with combined high and low beam. Current models tend to have 1 bulb for low and 1 for high, like in my Accord.

H4 Globe

H4's run a duel filament with one filament partially shielded by the reflector you can see at the top of the bulb. It runs separate power lines for each filament in the bulb and hence has 3 prongs at the bottom.

HB4 Globe

I always thought EP civics still ran a H4 globe. Newer civics use HB4. If you've changed only your Hi-beam bulbs then you probably run aftermarket headlights with two H1 globes or possibly one H1 and one HB4. These will be set in different reflector housings as they are single filament.

There is 1 prong power connector and earthing through the body of the bulb in H1's and 2 smaller prongs in the plug of a HB4 for power and earth.

Hope that gives a better idea of what bulbs you're using.

thanx in advanceyes it can, use ultra white bulbs for low beams and normal bulbs for high beam.

my answer may seem stupid to you but all you have to do is use a bit of logic to solve your own question.
