Hey guys

recently put a set of 6x9's in he rear of my car, and and amp, was all working sweet for about two weeks

then noticed the rear left speaker wasnt working on startup but after 5 mins it would kick in.. then it progressed to about 10 mins before it started working

Its only started doing this as its been getting colder... now the rear left one only works after about 20 mins... i'm going to take the seat off today and check all the connections on the amp, but could there be a problem with the amp or just a loose connection?

Thanks

Ill be better if you check the connection.. check the power of amp if its on when the speakers were off, Try to put a different set speakers replacing those 6x9 and see if still happening..

keep us posted :)

if u got a multi meter check the speakers read around 4ohms, check the connections on ur amp, power at the battery, fuse and amp, also make sure the ground wire is screwed down tight onto some bare metal (scrape some paint) dnt put the crimp under the seat bolt = shit connection, lastly if all is ok swap the left-right rca's and see if the problem shifts between the speakers
