you can hook up a separate switch if you wanted to i suppose or somehow splice your parker lights to power them
but i'm pretty sure the guys who do that only just leave the hazards on and take a photo

sorta need blinkers anyway to drive, so bad idea

yeh i suppose, well is there a way to make them light up but duller then when the indicators comes on.. so when it does come on its brighter than it.

i saw a bmw the other day with it always on, and when he turned his signal on it was still on, but flashed brighter.. if you get what im on about

well you can't really
those bulbs aren't dual elements like your brake lights(5v and 12v)
they only have one function, on at 12v and off at 0v

do you need it to blink when you are signaling, if not i think you can tap the wiring from your parker so it will stay on. if not you will need some kind of relay so it will stay on all the time and blink when you are signaling. have to work that out.

This should give you a general direction. You definitely need a switch to do this.

that looks like alot of work, I just drilled a small hole at the bottom of my indicator and ran a separate t10 parker bulb and wired them up onto a separate switch
i did mess around with dual filament bulbs ( i got a brake bulb holder and wired that in instead pf the single filament one) but they weren't as bright as i wanted

crappy camera phone pic but you get the idea

cool, thats what i was thinking of doing in the first place, just running a new light.. ill see how the plans go. and if i cant do it ill just take that way out

I also had a LED in each side indicator but it looked crap so i took them out

2 relays & a resistor under the dash....a lot of work???

drilling new bulbs, rewiring all the way to front of car & installing seperate switch seems like a lot more work to me somehow....

easy to make:p

but I wonder, the constant flashing of the signals......

would that kill the relays?

CRXer

depends on the quality & rating of the relays, plus they are dime a dozen anyway...

how bout this one bludger for multiple gheyness.....

EDIT: actually, its dim, then lighrs up bright when vtec kicks in y0~

and back to normal when indicators used

lol

wouldn't you need some sort of diode in there to prevent cross circuit pathways between blinkers and parkers?

like to prevent the parkers turning on when vtec kicks in.

cos you only want the blinkers on.

CRXer

well spotted bludger, wouldnt want peeps to think your hitting the brakes when vtec YO!!! in the day time with parkers off.
indicators are seperated by the relays

try this one for mulitple gheyness without brakelight effect

which diagram lol?
u want ultramega vtec gheyness or just plain gheyness?

use ur parker lights, or grab a light bulb socket same as ur parker light and then bridge it to the blinkers, make a hole inside the blinker or something.. dodgy ass, but worked for me
