You cannot post in the sale section until you progress from a 'newcomer' to a 'member'.
That requires being signed up for 90 days if I remember correctly, as well as receiving 1 post quality point.
In other words, to be able to sell you've gotta get in there and help the community out by posting useful information. When you do, someone will rate your post helpful and you should be able to sell.
