Thinking of this
Wheel: ROTA GT3 16x7 / +40 offset
Tire: 205/45/16 Achilles

Thoughts? :) (Upgrading from stock 15" hubs)

depends on your definition of perfect fit
it won't be flush with the guard, sit a lot better than stock rims though
depends if you wanna go low or not
shouldn't have a problem at the front of an ek if you drop it less than 2" with the stock upper control arms

What offset would be flush with the body of an EK?

how low is ur car? im running same tire and wheel specs as u, just +35 offset and u will need to roll the guards and maybe get camber kit if ur tyres are newhere close to the guards. i havent tried mine without the camber kit so i dont know if it will fit okay or not. if u want really flush ud need lower offset like +25 and stretched tyres depending on how low u wana go. keep in mind that running a diff brake setup can alter ur offset, for eg. 5 lug will make ur wheels sit about 10mm in more than stock

My EK is stock atm but I'm thinking of lowering it an inch or two

The only offset they have is +40 and that specifically mentions Civics too so I figured it'd fit fairly well
