Finding a reputable auto painter

Asking someone from touch up guys but not sure if they'll do it (recommended from a mate, said they did a great job when he had cosmetic damage) but say I had black rims with a chrome lip, and wanted the black painted red .. who do you goto if your worried you'll stuff up?

go to a smash repair
they should know how to paint watever u need painted .

try rim shops who do repairs or maybe even spray painters, not a big job
