also what tyre size would be ok, is 215 to small? i dun mind if it has the stretch look so yeah thanks

staggered width setup? have to be careful that it doesn't hit any other suspension components

afaik 215 would be stretching the tyre on the 9"

245 will make it almost perfect fitting tyre.

215 will be stretched as stated, 215 fits my 7.5" wheel flush.

Why??? It's a FWD car, not RWD. Please don't say because it will look good, because to anyone who knows anything about cars it will look absurd...

9 inches = 22.6 cm

22.6 cm = 226 mm.

235 = 23.5 cm just marginally wider

John has an overwhelmingly good point.

Anyone that knows anything about cars knows that a prelude is FWD, so having this fitment on your car will be quite amusing to alot of people.

Make sure the 17x9 clears your rear trailing arm otherwise you'd need to run spacers and I think it would be sticking out a bit and you'd need to run stretched tyres, cambered with rolled guards to fit the car.

What are the offsets on standard prelude wheels?

I have brand new RE001 205/40/17 for sale if your interested :)

That is the dumbest ,unsafe most illegal thing i've seen on ozhonda.
Anyone who recommends or does this type of fitment is an absolute retard.
BTW, it looks retarded also.

i have 9 inch wide rims on the front. I run 225 tires. Mind you minds a circuit car. 215 should be okay. Anything less will definately stretch.
