How do i post in Car4Sales section?

Hi all, i been owning an ej8 for 2months now after buying it off a member of the site and now im looking to sell it, but unable to post up a FS thread :S
What can i do to have these previliges?

(sorry for my noobness, i been trolling the site and reading only and now its time to make a for sales post)

you'll need to earn the right to sell by having 1PQ point.. only MEMBERS can sell.. newcomers are not allowed to do so..
