hi,
radiator has a small hole at the top which leaks a bit of water...what can i do to fix it besides changing the whole top ? Is their any thing i can use to mend the hole ?

better just get the top tank fixed, it'll just leak again most likely. Costs like $220 to have done

it's 'hole' not 'whole' :)
Where is this hole? Sure it isn't a crack?
I'm not sure if the prelude top tank is plastic or metal but you can get something to patch it up.
I'd look at replacing the top tank as a longer term solution though :)

Yeh is metal :) and have other cash priorities so what can fix it atleast temporarily...like for a month or 2
and silicon doesnt cut it :( and yeh hole :wave:

do u reckon u could take out the radiator yourself?? then i reckon replace it witha second hand one.

rest is all cool...i'll rather repair it ... whats that stuff they use to repair mufflers ???

pressure is the problem, just fix it properly, might be your cheepest option in the longrun

comeon people urgent help...what to do ?? is their anything that panel beaters use to repai body and stuff ?? something ?

Err we HAVE given you advice, and that is to fix the top tank PROPERLY.
