Common parts? - Accord CL7 and Odyssey RB1

Hi bros, tried a search and couldn't get a result.

Does anyone have an idea whether some parts for the Accord CL7 and Odyssey RB1 are interchangeable? Minor parts I guess eg air filter, brake hoses, pads etc...

There are no CL7s in Oz, only CL9 which run the K24 engine. So I'm not sure if anyone would be very sure.
I suspect front brakes might be able to share.
