Rear lip question

would a rear lip for eg hatchback fit directly onto ek hatchback
since the rear bars are pretty much the same?

and would the years of the lips do anything?
lets say, would a 92-95 eg rear lip fit on a 98-00 ek
since both eg ek hatches have quite similar rear bumpers?

No, the years are there for a reason, to let you know which one (model of car) itll fit on. Just becuase they are "similar" they are not the same. e.g. 96-98 EK rear lips wont fit straight onto a 99/00 EK. If you really wanted to you could customise the lip to make it fit

Really? I thought EK hatch rear bars are the same, its just 96-98 has moulds. Im pretty sure the type-r rear lip can fit 96-00

o yeh shoulda mentioned that haha, yeh the hatch EK rear lips will fit 96-00, its the coupes and sedans had a diff shaped bottom bit for the facelifts
