EK Civic VTi-R's have a B16a2.
DC2 Integra VTi-R have a B18c
No DC series integra has had a 1.6l engine.

I dont think any Integra DC2 owner would throw in a B16A into there car as they are quite torqueless and suit EG's etc. But i think some of the Jap DA9 Integras came with the B16a and American's got the rare B17.
Well if u see an Integra without looking under the hood, you can only tell if its GSi Or VTiR
If u see an 8K redline , Colour Coded Moulds , Striped Seating Trim (GSi is plain) Passengerside Airbags (depending on year as 96+ got ps airbags) the car is a VTi-R

2 totally differant cars. As we have already ascertained from this thread, Civic runs a B16a2, Integra runs B18c. So they’ll charge different prices for both. It’ll also depend on how much damage is done, where it is, what condition the car was in prior to the crash… the list goes on… then you actually have to find one in that condition (Guessing you want it for a front cut)
Go to an auction house and find out how much they charge, not that hard.

the rear damaged ones go for cheaper at salvage auctions, because people who repair the cars to resell , dont want to deal with rear end damage. so its good for us to get front cuts

Go for the B18C man. But watch out i dunoo what its about B18C2 Engines but most of them ive come across have really bad smoking problems.
Also auctions is big gamble, could get a rooted engine.
