Hi,

I want to upgrade my exhaust from the stock Honda Integra GSI (93 model).. but im not sure what I should get? any recommendations

I went into Autobarn to enquire and they quoted me approx 1k for a SS 2.5" cat back system

I want to get a jap performance exhaust but I have no clue where I should look.. please help! Are there any site sponsors selling HKS/Apexi/trust that will fit my car etc?

I tried searching these forums but couldn't find anything...

Thanks.

Get a 5-zigen pro-racer exhaust, pretty decent Jap exhaust not overpriced.
OR Maybe a X-force twinloop if u find it for cheap.

nah man waste of money... itr exhaust is restrictive. the headers are alrite but the catback nah man. JDM ITR headers are bang for buck. but sometimes even deyr ridiculously overpriced

just saying to get the muffler for type R, has the noise on high rev, quiets on idle, which does the job and look great, for headers and cats, i am not too sure,

thanks for all the replies fellas :D

that dc2r type cat back exhaust looks pretty good.. but not sure about paying $800 for a second hand cat back dc2r system :zip:
will the dc2r zorst fit my GSi anyway?

As i said i'm not looking for a full zorst system so the cat back will suit me for now.

Does anyone have anyone links for the 5-zigen exhausts? or know any places that I can check out in Melbourne?

In my opinion, you shouldnt really spend alot on exhaust system. try finding 2nd hand Itr headers and i recommend X-force catback with twin loop. brand new or used. they not that expensive compare to Buddyclub, 5zigen, Apexi... etc

Im not too sure what actually do you want out of an exhaust upgrade... power? or fully sick sound?

Sound. buy a $50 exhaust tip

GSI? power??? get k20/24 engine upgrade lolz. i think this should fix power problem

Where can I find the X-force catback system?

Ok I should probably say that i'm trying to get a cat back system for my mate.. he walked into autobarn and was going to buy the first exhaust he saw. He is going to get one either way so I thought I would help him.

Your right though he just wants a better sounding exhaust note. He might get a little extra top end power at most but he's mainly looking for better sound. this is his first car and he has no intention of modifying it... just think of a typical 20yo looking for basic bolt on mods cos that's wat he will be doing.

if you can gimme a hand with links to where to find these exhausts that would be great. thanks.

Oh btw I own an s15 :)

Does delivery. i think....

Cheapest on the website that i've seen. You see.... 2nd hand Jap exhaust cat back are like the price of a brand new X-force.

And there are used parts now and then on parts site.

Yeh. way louder... Have a look on youtube for "xforce canon". I think i saw one but it was on a different car.

I would say, most of the xforce canon are universal. the sound would probably differ just on the type cat and pipes.

I'd say xforce twinloop will do the job! They sound quite nice too

Hi there,
im a bit of a noob when it comes to cars so any help wuld be appreciated.

I have an accord euro and thinking of getting mufflers mainly for sound. Im trying to stick to a low budget as i want to upgrade the speakers too.

1) Because the euro has an exhaust on either end, i'd have to buy 2 rite?

2) will i have to change any other part? ie the cold air intake.

3) If i add a cold air intake later on, are there certain mufflers that wont be "compatible"?

4) If i change mufflers, is it easy to put the stock ones back on for when i sell the car?

Prob stupid questions, but just hope someone could clarify it with me.

Thanks!!
