Hey,
I'm not too sure whats required to fit DC2R suspension into a DC2/4.
I know that you have to change the rear lower control arms to a DC2R one, but are there other things that I need to know?

Yes front and rear endlinks are all interchangeable, but no, the rear brackets won't. You'll need either Beaks or ASR reinforcement kit. ASR is easier and looks good. I have Beaks.

Hmmm,
So changing the LCA's to ITR ones, I'd also have to change my whole rear sway bar setup?

If you simply got DC2R LCA's, then you can use the stock DC2 GSI/VTIR swaybar.
If you got a DC2R swaybar, then you would need ASR/Beaks to fit the brackets as T-onedc2 has said.
