why would you undergo the entire conversion if you can buy the fd2 where you come from... those parts brand new arent cheap wouldve made sense to buy what you wanted in the first place? but hats off to a man that knows what he wants and for doing it properly!

Seriously, a big waste of money there.

that's not park sensor...that's LED light...it can only get from Japan...

in msia, the original FD2R are cost RM198000 include drive away, registration, and insurance. the cheapest FD1 cost RM114980. the full convert+labor cost ~RM50,000 to make it exactly like the R. thus there r stil got few fellow likes to convert their car to the R...

not sure how many units in msia...but then so far it still got about 20 units 2008 stock left in honda's factory...very few people willing to spend that much $$ on a civic R. i got mine R last month and the dealer tell me that...

I thought the first allocation was 100? If I was living in Msia, I would buy one. But then again, I would be earning a malaysian salary and would take 5 years to save every dollar I earned without spending on anything to be able to buy the FD2R. If they sold it here in Australia under a low volume limited edition lineup, I'd buy one.

Not going to happen, they would rather hire someone in malaysia since it is cheaper. hehehee....

Now Singapore, there is a higher chance of me going to Singapore for work than Msia

that will be a dream....and time already proven that they wont bring fd2r in....
