Today everything was going fine, then I hit this real deep pot hole in the city. Now my left side is making this clunking noise from the front wheel. When I'm accelerating you can't really hear the noise but when I'm just cruising especially at low speeds it's quite noticeable & also when I'm taking off.

Question is... is this my wheel bearing that's gone or something else? Anyone knows how much it'll cost for a new wheel bearing & installation costs?

Any help is appreciated...

Clunking noise, might be a buckled wheel.

My rims look perfect though, i might double check.

Happened a few days ago, then went away & now this stupid pot hole has set something off again it seems....

I had this exact thing happen in y EG civic. I was positive it was the CV or even bearing or a caliper issue. But it turned out that after smashing a pothole with my airbags at max psi I snapped 2 wheel studs...

Exact same thing as you mentioned, accelerating and under braking it was hardly noticeable, but just cruising and turning it was loud as.

Better to check before you lose a wheel in traffic.
