hey guys was just wondering which brand for hids are good was thinking of getting a set and would it be easy to install diy??

my suggestion is to get them from a local guy thats got a shop. worse case if anything doesn't work, they can at least fix it.

-had H4 hi/low and my relay and bulb motors were stuffed. (only have low beams on mine since i got them in hong kong means no warranty)

you'd be suprised that most kits you find around these days are made in china, just branded with a different label. they all pretty much work the same from my experience. both my sets of hids 10000k and 6000k are made in china and have both lasted me 4 years and still going.

Want quality? Phillips are known as one of the best quality globe producers around. Don't expect them to be cheap if you don't know someone though.

Spot on....If you wanna stay clear of the china kits, be prepared to fork out in excess of $500 for a kit.
Just because it's not made in china,doesn't mean it's good.
Bang for your buck,you can't go past them.
