hi, just installed JDM b18cr into ek.will post up thread with details soon . I believe speed restrictor will be set at 180kmh.i plan on tracking car next year and will be doing i/h/exhaust, so what do people think will be the best / most economical way of removing the restrictions.thanks

Get aftermarket ECU or someone who knows how to remove the speed limiter on the ecu.

Aye, get aftermarket Ecu and get it all tunned. Kill two birds with one stone.

get an AUDM ECU. that will be your cheepest option

you cant remove the speed limmiter from the OBDIIa ECU unless you use an ad on device.

I know of a few people that have had a go at mallala and they didnt hit the limmiter on the straight in JDM type R powered cars
