Rear 6x9 speaker

Hi guys, I have two rear 6x9 pioneer speakers but one of them aren't working properly. Sometimes it'll work then other times it doesn't. Basically it goes on and off. Can it be a loose wire?

it sounds like a lose wire, checka ll connections and ensure they are crimped/soldered and heat shrunk properly!

Should I be checking the wires that are connected to the headunit or the wires to the speaker?

I've checked the wires that are connected to the speakers and they seem fine. But not sure about the rest.
