DIY REQUEST putting on a front lip on a 96 EK hatch

searched the forums but i cant find any info on how to put on a front lip on a EK civic is it easy to do?? is it just a matter of lifting the car up and bolting in some screws??? thanks if you ccan help!

yeh thats prety much it in a nut shell lol, putting in some screws haha. You dont even need to lift the car up. You can take the front bar off 1st and then put it on, might make it easier for you. Is the lip OEM or aftermarket

Oww haha so can I just have the car sitting there and attach the lip without taking the bumper off and also are there holes under the bumper which u can just screw into or are you meant to drill holes in?

get a heat gun if u got one. heat it up on the ends and drill a screw threw the lip and through the bar then do it on the other side.

the replica has got some interesting fitment , get two people to do it might be easier. and taking off front bar makes it easier too

you will see on the bar where lips are meant to be screwed in, there are 2 indents on either side

use other stuff to hold it on aswell if you dont want it stolen.

pop rivet teh bastard or screws on the underside or rivets and screws

still easy to steal, but alteast takes a bit longer. or they might just take ure whole front bar
