Hey everyone,

Sorry to bother everyone again, but I've just installed the HID kit onto my Honda Civic VTI-L using the 9006 model 6k lumen in white. Is it possible in pointing the HID light downward? If so, or you have the same model as me could you please help me out? I've tested it out tonight and could see my light reflecting off a street sign.

Thanks in advance

dsire

arent street signs meant to be reflective at night? lol

anyway, the headlight housing in our fds arent really designed to have hids in them. in saying that, many ppl still do it coz hids are cool. but they can be dangerous when ur blinding on-coming traffic. for the best results u'll need like a projector retrofit to have them pointed perfectly.

Sorry, I'm completely new to this. But what is a 'projector retrofit'?

headlights with projectors previously installed on my car..

it's not a retrofit tho, retrofit = retrofitting an available projector from other make/model to your current headlights..

i got HID in my car, but i got no problem with on comming traffic.

I though our light was suppose to reflect off street sign so we can read....

yeh u shud hit street signs. Make sure ur cutoff's not to high and you'll be fine.

In japan and canada, the CSX's and CTR's can have HID's as an optional feature... but not here. (different laws)
