hi guys ive decided to change the triling arm bushes as nolathane has just givin me the s%?ts.. ive replaced each side twice now and they have just torn out after 6 months.. so now i have purchased the super pro bushes and the 2 things i noticed is 1 they are solid and 2 they have no outer metal shell, so im assuming that i will have to press out the nolathane bushes and rip out the bush from the shell and replace with the super pro but i need to know are the bushes very hard to press into the outer shell and how much will it change the ride.. i have tein ss but not lowered dramatically..

i just bought a set for the whole rear end of the car, but i didnt think you had to use the metal shell? i will ask the dealer later this week though ?

if they're anything like the energy suspension rear trailing arm bushes then you'll have to reuse the metal shell and the middle pinion too
chances are you can just whack them out with a large hammer

why not go for something more solid instead of those urethane things? hardrace have some good rear trailing arm bushes which won't wear out in 6 months
got them on my ek, feel great :)
