Front should be stiffer than rear.

TSX 04-05 is front 5 kg/mm and rear 3.1 kg/mm

According to Tanabe, their NF210 lowering springs are about 10% stiffer than stock. They rate their NF210 springs at 5.6 kg/mm front and 2.5 kg/mm rear

very helpful. Yeah i figured front is stiffer because of engine weight.
so saying that:
"TSX 04-05 is front 5 kg/mm and rear 3.1 kg/mm "

Getting Coilovers that the website says
front: 180L - 12K
rear: 220L - 6k

so my ride will be sh!t stiff even with dampening.

It will be stiffer. I run 10 kg/mm front and 6 kg/mm rear at the moment and it is not really comfortable on Sydney roads. It was fine on Melbourne roads. Every speedbump is hell.

That wrecks it :(
want the euro to still be a little comfortable i dont mind stiffer but the way you describe it especially in western sydney haha.. Would the dampening help if anything?
