buy the time you hit vtec, you'll have no rod left to play with, say goodbye to your bottom end

Yes Benny has said, stock rods arnt flash especially if you want to rev it, if you going to pull it down anyway, buy some Eagle or Manley budget forged items, with the money your going to spend on the bolts, add another 3-400 depending where you get them and not have to worry about them being the weakest link.

Isnt this your 3rd engine combo/build you've pondered on now?

How longs a piece of string would be an easier question actually as there are about 1000 varibles as was explained on your b16 post.

Do you have a power goal or a budget goal, as it would assume a budget goal and if so, add the rods for insurance as suggested and you should have a reliable, quick engine if put together properly, if its a power goal, then start looking at porting, better intake, headers as the hks wont be good for such a large displacment engine but they will work and i assume you have them as they were what you posted last time but with that will come the added expense of things, also, have you factored in a suitable valve train to accomodate the spec c cams?

But ill throw it out there and say 120-130kw's, and depending on who's or what dyno.

Where is proof that stock rods don't cut it?

Shotpeened and well prepped - I've seen standard rods spin to 9000rpm no issues.

I would replace them with a forged item for reliability and peace of mind however.

The time and money spent prepping, shot peening, and bushing to accept a floating pin and new bolts, eagles and the likes would be cheaper for sure, not to mention, stronger and new to begin with ends checked and balanced.
