easy.
get Honda FEO - 10w-30w rated. Its made for your engine.
As for the gearbox fluid , get honda MTF or MTF 06.
Follow my DIY guide to fill your gearbox to the exact level....(approx. 2.5litres)

Engine oil: 0w-30, 5w-30, 10w-30, 0w-40, 5w-40, 10w-40. So you can use Motul 8100 Xcess if you are after a Motul synthetic (about $80-90 for 5L). If you want one of the best Motul oils and you have money to waste, then go 300V (about $110 for only 4L! You will need more than 1 bottle). Personally, for street I use Castrol Edge 5w-30, which is $35 when on sale. If I was going circuit racing, then I'd use Edge 0w-40 or Elf 5w-40, both of which are still cheaper than Motul 8100 Xcess.
Gearbox fluid: Get Honda MTF06.
You don't need to flush the gearbox. Just undo the gearbox fluid level bolt FIRST. Then undo the drain bolt and drain it all out til it stops. Then tighten up the drain bolt with a new crush washer. Make sure that the car is level so either lower the front back down or jack up the rear to the same height. Then fill up through the fluid level hole until it starts to leak out of the fluid level hole. Tighten the bolt up with a new washer.
Engine oil is similar, except that you first fill up with 4L, let it sit for a while, then check the level with the dipstick just to make sure that you have a level in between the min and max indicators. Start the engine and idle for 1-2 minutes. Then turn engine off, and leave it for another 3 minutes. Check the level again and top up until you are close to the maximum level. I prefer to fill to the max or even slightly above maximum. Usually takes about 4.2 to 4.5 litres of oil.

Just a few hints....the vti engine takes about 3.8l including oil filter. That is , after you drain it , and remove the oil filter it will take "about" 3.8 l to fill to the top level of the dip stick.
You do not require special motul or any oil. Just use FEO 10-30 or similar oil and replace every 5,000ks as per manual requirements.
As for the gearbox fluid , refer to ,the DIY posted and you cannot get the level wrong. Its 100% every time. You simply fill thru the VSS hole until fluid flows out of the fill hole. When stops dripping , thats 100% filled.

Personally, Motul is a rip off if you are not driving on the race track. You don't need to get Motul. I choose Castrol Edge 5w-30 over Honda FEO oil because I can get it for the same price when it is on sale. Honda FEO is a mineral oil that meets Honda specifications for engine oil. So your minimum should be FEO and maximum is anything better than FEO.

As for the gearbox fluid , get honda MTF or MTF 06.
What's the difference with the Honda MTF and MTF 06?
are they different in ratings? or different thickness.
