I'll just try monkey wrench

when all else fails, use brute force.

Fan switch and knock sensor look the same are u sure your on the right one? where is it located? and on what motor?

if its the B series then its a 24mm and it needs to be a thin socket set. If its thick it wont fit.

going to get a long 24mm.

radiator fan doesn't run.

fan switch is culprit, cos all other variables are accounted for.

But remember the socket cant be thick or else im pretty sure it hits up against something and it wont work. I know a few of the snapons dont work. My sydchrome works fine tho.

both my b16a fan switch & concerto fan switch were 27mm.

there you go.took it off just then.

they should be all the same for all engines of that era.
