hey guys, so i just changed my IM to a type r one. Just the IM with the IACV. the TB and sensors on the TB remain the same (stock B16A2). so the problem is this. i have an idle of 2k hot AND cold.
engine WAS flashing check codes 2 and 1. which is O2 sensor, but then after a while it stopped.
ok so here is what i have done:
1) ive made sure the vacuum hoses on the TB going in n out are secured
2)tried blocking off the IACV but it stills idle the same (2k).
3)after i blocked it, i unplugged the IACV, it started hunting. then after plugging it back up.. 2k.
i havent tried cleaning the FITV, will try tomorrow morning..but i highly doubt it. cos i didnt change or touch my TB and any sensors on the TB
any other suggestions i shud try?
