Removing Ek civic front seats

Hi guys,

i got a 99 ek civic. Just wanted to know,how do i remove just the passenger seat without taking the rails off?Or do i need to take both the seat and the rails off?Cause the roller on the passenger seat has popped out.

youll need to take off the entire seat inclusive of the rail from the car, then turn it upside down, and its straight forward from there,
no chance ull be able to get the seat off whilst leaving the rails on whilst in the car
