I think its a better option just to tell your insurance company.
You know how much of an asshole they all are with these things.
And btw I dont think it should make much difference as to how much your paying (not 100% though).
Cause essentially its the same size wheel, same width etc etc etc.
Post some pics up btw.

Your best bet would be to call up your insurance company and just inform them that you have changed your wheels.
When you call your insurance company and let them know you've changed wheels they will either tell you it doesn't make a difference as to which wheels you have or they will tell you it will make a difference and as a result your premium may increase slightly.
I always inform my insurance company of any modifications, it just makes things easier.

yea thats all well and good to inform ure insurance company bout the wheels to make things easier if a claim ever needs to be made, just keep in mind some insurance companys might turn around and say "thanks for letting us know bout that but seeing that the car is now no longer factory standard and is classified as "modified" we can no longer insure you, regardless if the rim and tyre specifications are still the same. in the worst case scenario if something was to happen they will most likely replace the ep3 rims with the factory dc5 ones if they are damaged in an accident. or on the flip side they'll say the car is modified and you didnt tell us so ure insurance is void. lol its a tuff one...

I'd call them and let them know, but the way i'd put it would be that you've just "upgraded the wheels on the car to another set of HONDA FACTORY 'OPTIONED' wheels". :)
Put some pics up too!!! :D

either dont need to tell them that you upgraded as it is a honda factory alloy wheel and its also a typeR. how will they know?

Just use the term 'replacement' instead of 'upgrade' to imply that its not a modification to the vehicle.
