Engine light code 16 - fuel injector - please help

HI Guys,

just wondering if anyone knows or had this issue before. doing a OBD2 B16a to EG. using P06 ecu chipped and vtec converted. it started but after like 7 - 10 seconds engine light came on. and later found out its throwing code 16 - fuel injector .. had this engine on another car before and injectors were working fine, i just cant figure out whats wrong. ... anyone knows how to solve this? ECU-MAN :wave: please help, i know you are an expert :thumbsup: ... Thanks in advance .

an AUDM P06 wont support the injector test as it does not have the components inside

simply disable it in the ROM that your using..

there is nothing wrong with your injectors

Thanks for you reply, i knew that you would know the answer... so does it mean that i have to reburn the chip? is there any other way? i dont have the chip burner :$

there is no other way, you have to either make a new chip, or get an ECU with Injector test circuit in it, or put injector test circuit in your ECU.

cheepest and easiest option is make a new ROM.
