e-manage ultimate question fairly urgent

Hey everyone,i have the chance to get a e-manage ultimate for fairly cheap cause it came with a turbo kit but the guy doesnt want it just wants the turbo kit, but he says it has No box, manuals, or cd.... just the unit and a harness for his civic (which i dont think i can use since i have a euro lol) but is it a big deal not having the manual or the CD? can i just borrow the CD off someone with another ultimate unit? thanks !

I know with most ECUs the CD just contains the tuning software, but you can usually download the same software off the company's website (Hondata for example).

The manual wouldn't really matter if you took it to someone with experience tuning the Ultimate, such as Toda
