ok check the bolts on your exhaust, check your heat shields, or even your bolts on the front and rear bar ( the reason i said to check the bolts on the bars is mine went lose and it sounded like it was inside the car :P)

does it happen on start up and when the car is cold? and then goes away when the car is warm?

could be the cat has given up, the honeycomb material inside is gone. replace cat.

just start the car, bend down locate where the cat is and listen before u drive off. you'll hear it distinctively rattling (like metallic noises) if it is the cat.

If you have aftermarket headers,it could be the old header bracket on the back of the engine.

Or this? (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=97120)

so the sound is commin from the engine bay or from under the car? just wanna make sure. could be your water pump that is gone, mine was making a similar noise just not as frequent as yours.

I got no audio atm...

But cat's are common for this, just make sure it's not a bracket holding the exhaust..

tis your cat adam, also check the rubbers that hold your exhaust on but that would be a more aggressive rattle

Check all your fluid/oil levels incl. transmission. It may be a pump working without fluid.

Otherwise, yeah replace the cat. And go hi-flow while you're at it ;)

Checking transmission oil is different than usual. Let me know if you need help doing it
