Hey guys
Found this clip of some dude removing RTA bush. I know he is puching it the wrong way. Basic idea is right though.

there is a special tool you can buy, very expensive for a one off use but. its called the Bushing X-Tractor from Schley Products. its made specifically for honda rear trailing arm bushes.

looks about right to be honest
you'd punch it out the same way that you would push it in
takes 10 minutes on the press to get it out and back in

Is that a special tool he's using though or just a socket?

From what I heard ya wont be just bashing it out like that, you need a press or the honda tool or a custom tool.

just looks like a huge socket
if you managed to brace it enough you probably would whack it out with a large socket
when i did mine i didn't use any attachments on the press, just went left and right slowly until it popped out

no he is using a different tool, not the tool as pictured above. the tool i posted is a press-remove tool. just attach a ratchet and the 2 hooks will hold the arm while the "cup" will press out the bush. and a big thumbs up for this is no need to remove the whole arm.
