Im currently converting my rear drums to disk (EG Sedan). Check out this DIY. I found it pretty good.

you can use EK4/EM1/DC2 front hubs for 262mm rotors. one slight problem i had to from the DC2 front hubs on my EG, the standard EG brake lines where just a lil too short maybe ~5mm too short. i just simply had to stretch it, but being careful of coarse.
as for the rear disc conversion, just get DC2 (Gsi or Vtir) or EG (Si or Vti) rear trailing arms. they both are the same size disc. you will need: hand brake lines, brake lines, trailing arms, Discs, Calipers. thats all i can think of at the moment.
once you do get the trailing arms for the rear, you may aswell change the bushing on it just to make sure cause you dont want to take the whole trailing arm out again. also would be good to overhaul the brake calipers, they may have seized for sitting out of the car for a long time.

what kind of over all cost are you looking at for this sort of thing?
or does it vary too mutch to compare?
