Just FYI to get an idea of how much money OzHonda people have lost due to scammers.
This is just for ppl who have paid for an item and never got it...
For others who bought an item but it wasn't quite what they were expecting, that's a bit more grey... but it doesnt count

Meh,happens all the time,it would happen a bit on here but not much anyway the point is to not dwell on the negative and be smart when your purchasing or selling something.

while i have nothing against such a thread , please avoid to NAME AND SHAME. Its illegal to do so and can land yourself and this website in trouble.
So , tell of your stories of woe but dont name. Keep it to pm thanks !
PS my mate was ripped off by a member off this forum long ago , purchased enkei rims for $500 ish and they were cracked ie written off. Never got a reply the user simply ignored and disappeared.

Would also be good to have votes ONLY for those who have been scammed.
Ie paid for an item and never received it (as opposed to receiving something that wasn't quite what was advertised).

bought an aircon kit but it was missing heaps of things.. seller said he'll send them but never happened. ignored my pms and emails. left him a negative feedback.
lessons learned:
ask for actual photo of the item,
try local wreckers because they will have it most likely and cheaper
