Cypher Industries do honda tuning and racing and is a good place to start ... but personally i take all my gear to RMS Tuning
RMS is owned and run by Leigh Hynnes (WA state rally champion) and usually only work with Subarus ... but if u can get a hold of Leigh and have a chat to him he knows his way around hondas as well from racing them in Asia
he has done alot of work on my Liberty and my Civic and i have had numerous conversations to him about the Vti-r that i used to own

+1 recommendation for good quality service and price
