Best Solution to Lower my ED6 ??

Hi guys,

i've searched but haven't got much luck finding many thread regarding to the civic ED6.. especially on lowering the car.

what would be the best solution to lowered my ED6? at the moment, mine sitting very high and i'd love to lowering her around 3in (no gap between tyres and guards) as i'm getting the 16s soon.

before you guys ask, i'm using it as my everyday driving. i don't really want something bumpy.

what would be better..

- coilovers? what brand?
- lowered shocks/struts with lowered springs? what combination?

my m8s got skunk2 coilovers in his ed9 and there incredible for the price he payd, there height and damp adjustable and its not too bumpy, very comfortable ride
