you have after market alarm?????????
Does car have chip in key or is it ore update???

Had after market, it chirp til i pressed remote, but i'm replacing with a remote starter alarm.

Then alarm not fitted correctly, try again.
Also if you have chip in key then you could have other problem all together...

Sorry to hijack, but do all Honda keys have chips in them?
And is there a way of telling if there is a chip or not?

not sure if all keys have chips but i think its the facelift tegz with the chip in the key sins my cousin's one (pre facelift) didn't have one and mine does, and u can tell by trying to start the motor with a spare key. tried turning my car on with my spare key it wouldn't work

Yeah my spare key doesn't work, I was just wondering if ALL Honda's are like that.
That is, they need chips in their keys to start.
