weired reving when start car

hey guys . i have a 93 dc2 vti r . i want to know why when i start the car cold every time regardless mourning or not . the car revs to 3 rpm then drops to 1 rpm and goes on till the car is running at normal operating temperature . i have just repaired my radiator . but got no idea why it happens ?? is it something to d with the engine or cooling system ? ecu maybe need help plz!

Has to do with either your IACV or the other one which I forgot. Search revving problem or something youll find a few threads about it

In a nutshell, if your IACV (attached to your throttle body) or the other part is clogged, which it does get clogged in time, it will have this problem you are experiencing..
