Hi Guyz

I'm new to ozhonda. I've got a 05 euro lux.

Kinda diggin the updated look. Is it as simple as changing the front bar and the grill to get the look or is there more to it? and costing please?

any feed back would be great.

The headlights and tail lights changed, and the bonnet is different (it doesn't have the strip above the grill.

Fenders would be fine, you'd just need; bonnet, head/tail lights, bumper and grill

From what I've gathered; the headlights on the 06+ have bluey-purple corners and the indicator is in a different position? (not 100% sure)

On the back the actual reflective grid is slightly different, and on the 06+ the reverse light is smoked out. Have a look next time you see other Euros on the road, the pre-facelift ones have a very white reverse light

The rear bars are different, so are the side skirts....

Interior you got different guage illumination, slightly different steering wheel (silver ring round the H logo) and also extra buttonzzzz, much better choices of trim (personal opinion, not a fan of the marble or woodgrain)

So, AFAIK, to do a full 06 copy you'd need:

Bonnet
Headlights
Taillights
Bumper
Grille
Skirts
Rear Bar
Steering wheel
Guage cluster
Interior Trim

There may be more differences, someone jump in if there are!

yeah I kinda buy on impulse and regret it afterwords. like my previous car a bmw 2006 series 3. Poor car, some one didn't give way n wrote it off. So as soon as I got the cash from that the very weekend I bought the 05 coz the old man for the 06 didn't call me back lol. My Luck. So after owning the 05 Lux im kinda regretting it and now wanting the 06. :(

Here a link to the honda site for all pre 2008 honda euro models... there are some good close up pics, that should help you decide on what facelift look you want.

I prefer the 06+, IMO it looks more finished (kinda like moulded in subtle rear lip), when i was looking at getting a Euro, my prerequisites for body shape were either 06+ or an earlier model with OEM kit
