Got some scratches on my car and I want to touch it up by adding a black colour over the silver part scratches. What should I use? Is there something I can use? Will the colour be the same as the car though? Or it will be 2 different blacks?

Hold on what colour is your car?

You can go to any auto store and pick up a can of paint to match your cars paint code, and just use that to paint over the scratches with the appropriate preparing obviously first

My car colour is black I think? It's been re-sprayed black by the previous owner so yeh dunno the exact kind of black.

I bet honda will charge 50 bucks or more for a little can, Auto One here in syd has these cans to match your paint code for like 8 - 15 bux

These are only touch up paint right? What's the difference but if it matches my colour. Then can't you spray the whole car again and it will look new? LOL sorry for the noobness!

Yeh but good luck spraying your whole car with a spray can dude lol..

Touch up paint is only good to use if there is just a scratch and no actual plastic or metal taken out of the area that is damaged, otherwise youd just be spraying ontop and looks silly

perhaps visit an expert like the trades davexr8 about this? Depending on how bad the silver is maybe, just maybe it can buff out? Just a thought mate, good luck.
