Coilover adjustment instruction

hey guys i read a few threads about adjusting the coilovers and i watched a youtube click but they werent tein instructions

so i want to raise my car back up and the picture here is my rear suspension

and i was wondering which thread should i turn? the bottom or the top. these are tein flex.
but in another thread their tein had 3 threads, so does that mean i cant adjust mine or something?

Is this for your EP3? Tein coilovers for EP3 come in only Super Street (SS), Flex and Monoflex. Could you check your label to confirm which one you have? The only Super Flex is the Super Flex for wagons. Yours looks like an SS from the lack of the lower perch.

That's odd. Flex should have the lower perch as well like in the 2nd pic you posted. You sure yours is not super street? Is that 2nd pic of the coilovers also from an EP3?

bottom pic looks like dc2r, doesnt ep3 have inverted struts at the rear?

Someone must have taken out the middle perch to lower it that little extra bit
