-try opening the radiator cap, start the car and see if continuos bubbles occur if it is, possible headgasket problem
-wens the last time u changed ur waterpump?
-check for any leaks whilst car is running,
-is the top radiator hose a balloon and the lower radiator hose cool?
-wait for the car to cool down and flush the fluids out, see if the coolant is still the same colour.
hope some of that helps
also let the car cool down on its own slowly without adding more cool water etc, helps prevents blowing a headgasket

water pump is brand new, changed it when i got it rebuilt,
both hoses r like balloons
and no leaks
but there is black stuff in the coolant ( exhaust gases )
i think the head mightve lifted :(

Good link..
read this specifically OP
''Disputes about the quality of the repair work
In any work situation mistakes can occur or faulty parts may have been supplied. In most instances the licensed repairer will be only too happy to rectify the problem in order to satisfy you and keep your custom.
If you are unhappy with the standard or cost of a repair to your car, you can do something about it. Follow these steps to seek a resolution:
1. Discuss your concerns with the repairer. Explain the problem you have and allow the repairer to either fix the problem or state their position.
2. If you are not happy with the outcome, call Fair Trading on 13 32 20 to discuss your problem. We have Technical Enquiry Officers, who can provide unbiased advice regarding your issue. You can use the information they provide to again attempt a resolution with your repairer.
3. If unresolved, you can lodge a complaint.
4. A mediator from Fair Trading will arrange a meeting, usually at the repairer’s workshop, with the repairer and you. The mediator, who is a qualified tradesperson, is impartial, representing neither the consumer nor the repairer. If a resolution is reached, the terms of settlement are drawn up by the mediator and provided to each party. If a resolution is not reached, a report is written by the mediator and supplied to each party.''

Hey man sucks to hear about the over heating right after you got it rebuilt.
Was the job done by a good shop?
Two things about the head, aluminium = easy to warp and not just a hassle to put on.
Assuming they're second hand parts ask if they were checked for warps and cracks first, and if the head was removed from another engine just a curious point for me would be to ask how they removed the head (if you just straight lift the head without removing the bolts in a correct sequence you'll warp one side pretty easily).
I'm guessing if they would have checked it then they would have machined it so I wouldn't really ask them unless they tell you they checked it.
Uhhh, only other thing I can think of is to buy a head crack/gasket test kit (detects if there's internal combustion gas in the cooling system) might help you at least narrow it down ^_^
Good luck man

Maybe do a pressure test from the radiator
