Hi guys,

thinking of getting coilovers for my ED6 but it seem too hard to come across a set that made for my ED6. so, i thinking about getting a set from EG's models and gonna fit it into my car.

i believed the rear will fit straight on without any mods or any parts need to be changed. but the front, i don't think so. and i don't really know what else/parts need to be changed?

i'm going to do/fit it myself and i really wanna sort all parts that needed to be changed before i try to go ahead with the installation.

please help, what parts do i need? and what it call? so, i can make few calls to few wreckers and i can tell them exactly what i wanted.

Cheers

you can fit EG/DC suspension,

you need the front forks and rear lower control arms (lca).

so EG Forks and EG LCA's to suit EG suspension.

Thanks mate, do i really need the rear lower control arms? i've heard nothing need to be changed for the rear?

anyway, do you know if there are any after market EG's Forks and Rear Lower Control Arms?

there are heaps of aftermarket lca's, no forks.

if you buy eyelet type shockers/coilovers you will need eg6/dc2r lca's

not sure if all fork type shockers/coilovers fit the same lca, maybe someone can clarify.

what more do you want?

thats all you need to know.

the bottom of the front eg/dc shock is too big to fit the ed fork, thats why you have to change it.

regarding rear LCA, you might/might not have to change it, depending on what type you buy and what LCA you have.

thats all you need to know.

go do it.
