HELP!!!!1!!! electrical problem..

Hey guys this arvo i was driving along when my engine light came on.. i had a look at my engine and i couldnt see anything wrong.. so i found this thread http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=8218 and whilst looking for the little blue 2 plug i couldnt find it..... i think this is cos i own a em1 as they are US built not jap built...

Car - 99 Civic EM1
engine - B16a2

ok found the code its throwing and its code 41...
from what i have found its a Primary oxygen sensor heater.. now where is that located on my engine?? is it the one in the intake tube??
