If installed correctly with matching springs, with cam timing set correctly,
Combined with good tuning...
& you have a suitable intake & exhaust, you'll make good power.
I'll be honest & say they wouldn't be my 1st choice of cam for a stock bottom end ITR,
But they're not the worst choiceby any stretch.
Installation & tuning is what will make them look good or bad...
But the same can be really said for any cam.

ok then stage 2 cams, can i still use stock head just put the cams in and cam gears, i already got skunk 2 intake manifold and throttlebody, and j's racing headers high flow cat and fujitsubo catback and fue more bolt ons like hasport mmounts and stuff.
can i just put the cams in the motor and it will run fine with my type r b18c7?
cheers

So what cams you reckon would be a good choice for stock internal b18c7 that will make decent power?

For a road car, my personal choice would be the TODA Spec A2's.
If you don't want to take that advice,
The following cams can be made to work well...
(Alphabetical order - some are a lot better than others :zip:)
Brian Crower Stage 2 (Normally aspirated)
BuddyClub Spec III plus
Crower Stage 2
Rocket Motorsports M22
Skunk 2 Racing Pro 1+
TODA Racing Spec B
Any of these together with good instalation & tuning will deliver acceptable results.
The better the I/H/E & tunung, the better the cams will appear.
