If you want to fit the bar I have a mate who most likely can do it for you (for a price of course)

has the bar been on a car before? or is is brand new?
if its been on a car, and it fitted nice. then you pretty much have to squeez it on. been fiberglass, youll need to be careful that you dont flex it out too much and crack it.
if it a new bar thats never been fitted, you will need to dry fit it HHEEEAAPPPSSS of times, marking out where its hitting. then with a file you need to slowly grind it down. dont go too hecktick with the grinding. just bit by bit otherwise it will have gaps everywhere..
